Arise is a collaborative platform of organisations, advocates, clinicians, and researchers working together to advance safe abortion access and reproductive justice in India. We believe that bodily autonomy is a fundamental right, and our work is grounded in respect, evidence, and the lived realities of individuals and communities. Through collective voice and coordinated action, we strive to strengthen health systems, build awareness, dismantle stigma, and influence policy for meaningful, sustainable change.

We advocate for universal access to safe, legal, and compassionate abortion care as a fundamental human right. Our work ensures that every person can make informed decisions about their reproductive health.
Reproductive Rights
We champion comprehensive reproductive rights through policy advocacy, legal reform, and grassroots mobilization. Our alliance works to dismantle barriers and create enabling environments for reproductive autonomy.
Gender Justice
We recognize that reproductive rights are intrinsically linked to gender equality. Our intersectional approach addresses the systemic inequalities that impact bodily autonomy and reproductive decision-making.
